Practice Expectations

Practices are designed to promote skill development, teamwork, and accountability. Players are expected to arrive prepared, focused, and ready to compete.

• Arrive on time and ready to begin at scheduled start time
• Wear appropriate basketball attire and shoes
• Bring water and required equipment
• Demonstrate respect for teammates, coaches, and facilities

Schedule & Communication

Practice dates, times, and locations may vary throughout the season and will be communicated through:

• Team communication app (GameChanger)
• Team email updates
• The team schedule page

Attendance Policy

Consistent attendance is critical to team success. Families should notify coaches as early as possible if a player will miss a practice due to illness, school obligations, or family matters.
